Breakfast: 1 eggo waffle (no butter or syrup), 1 banana, glass of water
Lunch: wendys chicken nuggets, 2/3 order of medium sized fries, 16 oz coke, 2 packets of honey mustard sauce
Dinner: home made taco salad (meat, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, chips, salsa, some ranch dressing), water to drink
Nightime snack: bowl of rice chex with 1% milk, no sugar)
