OK, so this is what I ate yesterday:
Breakfast - four French toast sticks (no syrup or butter or sugar), glass of water.
Lunch - a piece of garlic bread dipped in chili sauce, Bistro Shrimp Scampi (linguini with shrimp, onions, mushrooms, and a garlic cream sauce) from Iggy's, water to drink
Dinner - bowl of pasta fazzoli soup, piece of French bread, water to drink
After dinner snacks - almond snickers bar (normal size), 3 chocolate covered strawberries, and two heart-shaped shortbread cookies half-dipped in chocolate, with an 8 oz glass of milk, 1/2cup of pistachio nuts.
I didn't have any other snacks, etc. during the day.
