Skirkby 3/6/2013

Breakfast: doterra breakfast shake with 8oz 1% milk

Lunch: 4 pieces California sushi roll, 3 pieces shrimp tempura, 4 pieces veggie tempura, salad with sesame dressing, two pot stickers, 1 cup streamed white rice, 1 spicy tuna hand roll, water to drink

Dinner: 5 pieces of dried young coconut, 7 wheat crackers
