Ready... Set...

We, as a family, are now on a mission to better health! I'm hoping this blog will help and encourage us to work as a team to become a more healthy family. HERE ARE THE RULES:

1) There will be absolutely no negative commenting or posting about oneself or anyone else on this blog
2) You must post at least once a day, preferably reporting what you did to exercise that day and what you ate that day. This may be done in the form of pictures or text posts. 
3) If you had a bad day, post anyways, share your feelings, it's good for you. 

I hope we can look at this blog as a way for us to connect and work together, even though we don't see each other every day. So...
